Grant Boies is an attorney at Carleton Gotlin Law with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas sector. His practice focuses on a wide range of matters, including complex drilling and division order title opinions, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, as well as other critical documents related to the industry. Grant brings clients a practical, detail-oriented approach grounded in deep industry knowledge and legal precision.

Prior to joining the firm, Grant worked at Wellborn, Sullivan, Meck & Tooley and Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, as a Shareholder Attorney.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2004 and, after working in sales for his family business, Grant attended Oklahoma City University to earn his law degree in 2013. Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and fly fishing.
